Returns:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, email us at support@shopmagtronics.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
